Please read these Terms of Service carefully before working with Squad Graphic. By purchasing a service or template, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. Services
Squad Graphic provides custom web design, template customization, and template sales for Wix and Wix Studio. Specific project details, scope, and deliverables will be stated in your project proposal or invoice.
2. Templates
All templates sold by Squad Graphic are for personal or business use only. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the design as your own outside of your licensed website is not allowed. Template licenses apply to one website unless stated otherwise.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice. Work begins once the initial payment or deposit is received. All payments are non refundable due to the time, design work, and digital nature of the services.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revisions which will be clearly stated in your proposal. Additional revisions or change requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all required content such as text, images, and branding materials in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may extend the project timeline. You are responsible for ensuring all content you submit is copyright free or that you have permission to use it.
6. Timelines
Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
Project timelines depend on the scope and client responsiveness. Estimated delivery dates will be provided but may shift based on revisions or delays in receiving materials.
7. Website Ownership
Once the final payment is made, you own the website design and content that was created for your project. Squad Graphic retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.
10. Cancellations
If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, all payments made are non refundable. If Squad Graphic must cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a fair partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.
11. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results such as sales, rankings, traffic, or performance beyond the normal functioning of the website. Success depends on factors outside our control including marketing, content quality, and business practices.
12. Confidentiality
Any sensitive client information shared during the project will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of completing the work.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted with a new date at the top of this document.
